ROOT Membership
Most People don’t need more insight.
Most people already know what they should do. They struggle with doing it consistently when life gets hard.
No therapy burnout.
No endless coping tools.
No white-knuckling.
ROOT doesn’t rely on motivation.
It provides structure.
Trying harding isn’t working.
White knuckling isn’t a strategy.
ROOT is.
Why Most People Stay Stuck
If you’ve tried:
• therapy
• medication
• supplements
• mindset work
• willpower
…and still feel anxious, exhausted, or on edge — the problem isn’t effort.
It’s lack of structure.
Your brain doesn’t change from insight alone. It changes from repeated, regulated input over time.
That’s what ROOT provides.
What ROOT Actually Does
ROOT is not a single principle.
It’s a system that organizes how people stabilize, understand, and change their brain over time.
It helps people:
• understand what’s driving how they feel
• stabilize their nervous system
• reduce overload and inflammation
• build sustainable change over time
No one lever. No magic order.
Just structure where there used to be chaos.

ROOT is designed to support your life, not take it over.
Here’s how most members use it:
1. You join the membership
You enroll once and get immediate access to the ROOT platform and community.
2. Start with 101 ROOT foundations
You’re guided to the path that fits how you’re feeling right now. No guessing. No catching up.
3. You attend a live group when it’s helpful
You can listen, participate, or simply be present. There’s no pressure to share.
4. You practice a weekly 15-minute reset
Small, consistent regulation replaces pushing through and burning out.

Is The ROOT Membership for People Who Have Done Ketamine Therapy?
ROOT is designed for people who are focused on brain health and long-term stability, whether or not they’ve done ketamine therapy.
Some members have completed ketamine treatment and use ROOT to sustain and protect their progress. Others have not done ketamine therapy and use ROOT as a structured, non-invasive way to improve nervous system regulation, resilience, and overall brain health.
ROOT stands on its own as a complete program.
If someone chooses to explore additional care options in the future, ROOT provides a strong foundation to build from.
Is The Content On-Demand or Live?
Both.
ROOT includes a mix of on-demand content you can move through at your own pace and live sessions that provide real-time support and connection.
If you can’t attend a live session, you won’t miss out.
Core teachings and guidance are always available on-demand, and live sessions are designed to add depth, not create pressure.
You engage in the way that fits your life.
Is This a Replacement for Therapy or Medical Care?
No.
ROOT is not a replacement for therapy or medical care. It’s designed to support your brain health and nervous system between appointments, not replace individualized treatment.
ROOT provides education, structure, and tools that complement clinical care. Many members continue therapy, medical care, or both while using ROOT as a way to maintain stability and prevent regression, not manage acute issues.
If additional clinical support is ever needed, ROOT helps you recognize that early and seek appropriate care.
If trying harder worked, it would have by now.
Most people already know what they should do.
They struggle with doing it consistently.
If you’re ready for a structure when motivation drops… guidance instead of guesswork…and support that doesn’t depend on willpower… it’s time to
