OUR TEAM
Meet the team at AlphaOmega Wellness
At AlphaOmega Wellness in Greenwood, Indiana, our care is built on a foundation of personal experience, medical excellence, and genuine compassion. Dr. Dee Bonney and Megan Bonney are not just providers — they are a husband-and-wife team who have lived the journey of mental health struggle and healing firsthand, and who built this practice specifically to offer others the same breakthrough they experienced. They are joined by a clinical team of licensed providers who carry that same standard into every evaluation and every infusion.
WHY PATIENTS CHOOSE US
Why our patients trust us
Real providers. Real experience. Real medical oversight.
Ketamine clinics opened fast over the last few years, and a lot of them are run by people whose background is somewhere other than medicine. Ours is not. You are treated by a board-certified emergency medicine physician and a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, and the reason that combination matters is that ketamine sits exactly at the seam between the two.
Since 2022 we have delivered more than 5,000 infusions, and our patients average around a 70% drop in PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores. We are not experimenting on you. We are running something we already know how to run.
The team behind every infusion
Healing is not a solo act and neither is this. Behind the two of us is a clinical support team of nurses, paramedics, nurse practitioners, physician associates and medical assistants who run every infusion with the same protocol every time. Someone is always with you. Nobody here is improvising.
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Dee Bonney, MD
Co-Founder & Medical Director
Dr. Dee Bonney is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with over 25 years of experience treating patients in some of Indiana’s busiest emergency departments, including Level 1 trauma centers. He graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1996 and completed dual residencies in both Pediatrics and Emergency Medicine at Indiana University — a rare combination that reflects his deep commitment to comprehensive, high-acuity medical care.
For over two decades, Dr. Dee thrived in the high-pressure environment of emergency medicine. But by 2020, the relentless pace had taken a profound toll. He found himself burned out, struggling with his mental health, and experiencing suicidal ideation — a reality that many physicians face but few speak about openly.
It was during this period that Dr. Dee received his first IV ketamine infusion. The effect was immediate and undeniable. Even after a single infusion, something shifted. The grinding stress of the emergency department — the noise, the weight, the emotional exhaustion — no longer grated against his soul the way it had before. He felt, for the first time in years, like himself again.
That experience changed everything. Dr. Dee recognized that if this medicine could do that for him — a physician who had seen everything — it could transform the lives of countless others who were suffering without hope. He made it his mission to bring IV ketamine therapy to his community.
Today, Dr. Dee holds a certificate in psychedelic-assisted therapy and research, and he continues to maintain his board certification in Emergency Medicine. As Medical Director he sets the screening criteria, the dosing protocols, and the safety standards this office runs on. He brings the same clinical precision and calm authority to every ketamine infusion that he brought to the trauma bay — with the added dimension of someone who has walked the path of healing himself.

CO-FOUNDER
Megan Bonney, PMHNP-C
Co-Founder & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Megan Bonney brings over a decade of frontline clinical experience to AlphaOmega Wellness. As a registered nurse from 2012 to 2024, she spent years working alongside Dr. Dee in emergency medicine — witnessing firsthand the devastating impact of untreated mental illness on patients and families.
What Megan observed in those years shaped a conviction: the traditional psychiatric model of cycling patients through medication after medication, without addressing the root causes of suffering, was failing people. She knew there had to be a better way.
With that conviction, Megan pursued her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) degree — not to follow the conventional path of prescription management, but with a specific and intentional purpose: to offer IV ketamine therapy as a primary treatment modality. She completed her PMHNP program in December 2024 and has also pursued training in other psychedelic-assisted therapeutic modalities.
Megan’s approach is rooted in deep listening, clinical precision, and the belief that every patient deserves care that treats the whole person — not just their symptoms. Her background in emergency nursing gives her an unmatched ability to monitor patients with calm confidence during infusions, while her psychiatric training allows her to provide the integrative support that makes ketamine therapy most effective.
- Registered Nurse: 2012–2024 (Emergency Medicine)
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-C): December 2024
- Additional Training: Psychedelic-assisted therapeutic modalities
THE CLINICAL TEAM
The rest of the clinical team
Chelsey, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Chelsey is a family nurse practitioner and one of the licensed providers who performs medical evaluations at AlphaOmega Wellness, working under the protocols set by our Medical Director.
Chelsey also sees patients for primary care and hormone care, and brings an integrative view to both. Symptoms are usually connected. Sleep, labs, stress and nutrition tend to be talking to each other, and chasing one number in isolation rarely gets anyone their life back.
- Credential: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Focus: Integrative care, primary care, hormone health, brain health evaluations
Peighton, PA-C
Physician Associate
Peighton is a certified physician associate and one of the licensed providers who performs medical evaluations at AlphaOmega Wellness, under the same protocols.
Peighton also sees patients for primary care and hormone care, with the same integrative approach: find what is actually driving the symptoms rather than managing them one at a time. It is the same principle behind how we treat brain health, applied to the rest of the body.
- Credential: Physician Associate, Certified (PA-C)
- Focus: Integrative care, primary care, hormone health, brain health evaluations
