If you went to book a primary care visit with us and hit a wall, you’re not imagining it. We’ve paused primary care for now, and we’d rather tell you straight than let you sit there wondering if your email got lost.

So here’s what’s actually going on.

Our providers are full. One of them is out on maternity leave (the good kind of busy 👶). And when you stretch a small, physician-led team thin, everybody’s care quietly gets worse. We’re not willing to do that to you.

So we made a call. For now, we’re pouring our time and attention into what we’re built for: IV ketamine therapy and brain health.

That’s not us caring less about the whole person. It’s the opposite. Ketamine done right isn’t a fancy recliner and a vibe. It’s physician-led, evidence-based treatment for brains that are genuinely stuck: treatment-resistant depression, anxiety that never fully powers down, PTSD, the “I’m functioning fine but I feel nothing” that most people never say out loud. That work takes real focus. We’d rather do a few things exceptionally than a lot of things just okay.

What this means for you:

  • Hoping to start primary care with us? We’re not taking new primary care patients right now.
  • Already established with us? Don’t panic. Reach out and we’ll help you sort out your next step.
  • Here for brain health or IV ketamine? We’re open, we’re taking patients, and that’s exactly where our focus is.

We know “we’re at capacity” is an annoying sentence to read when you just want a provider who actually listens. We get it. This wasn’t a casual decision, and it’s a for-now, not a forever. It’s us being honest about what we can do well right now instead of overpromising and letting you down later.

Thanks for trusting us with your care. We don’t take that lightly.

Wondering whether IV ketamine or brain health support might be a fit for you? Book a free consult and we’ll tell you honestly, either way.
